A little background (I promise, the story builds)

Through means of COVID-enforced necessity, we had to quickly had to move all our in-person Bootcampers online. This enabled us to extend our classes to Campers from around the world. England, the U.S.A., Switzerland, Holland, Australia and everywhere in between (OK, not everywhere, it’s just a phrase).

The classes were a real hit (if we do say so ourselves) and hugely popular for:

  • Staying physically, and above all, mentally strong whilst at home
  • Avoiding loneliness and keeping connected socially with each other; coaches and Campers alike
  • Bringing positivity and a smile to you and everyone on the classes (and a few exercise-induced grimaces too)
  • Improving fitness and strength levels (yes, not maintaining, always improving)
  • Increasing energy levels (we get so many messages reporting significant elevation in energy and indoorphins; see what I did there?)

Whilst the sessions were very popular, I got sleepless nights thinking how to take them and enter them into a package to create...

"OK, But What Makes This Online Bootcamp Different?"

Another fab question (jeez, you’ve got some good ones today).

Well, because I’d rather you were urgently signing up and not reading a compendium (haha), here are just a few things for you to mull over:

  • Limited Capacity. We like to maintain sufficient ‘eyes-on’  trainer-trainee time, so we limit class sizes and have two coaches, so if one of us is demonstrating or exercising with you, the other is on ‘screen duty’ to make sure you're doing exercises properly and safely
  • Your Form and Quality. We value, and can assure, your form, technique and quality of movement (with two of us, we can watch all of you, at all times and can speak to you personally if needed)
  • Stronger Together. We are a community here. Even though we may not all know each other, in the main, you’ll be in it together and will (virtually) high-five, applaud and cheer each other on in spirit and in class (yes this is possible online - we'll lead the way, don't worry). There will also be an online forum where you can interact with your classmates outside of class-time, should you wish.
  • Personal Touch. We, as coaches, want to get to know you from the very first day and we will be fully concerned with your own progress throughout the class and the year as a whole
  • Hybrid Format. The mix of an at-home physical product, online sessions and the extra support you receive with other self-led sessions, eating plans and nutritional advice

It’s a Bootcamp! It’s as close to our in-person Bootcamp as you could possibly get. With the semi-personalised nature of the classes, the two-way audio-visuals and the session structure (honed over 11 years of personal training and Bootcamp coaching), we like to consider this a highly-effective, nowhere-to-hide, results-based training programme. And no, it isn’t easy. But anyone can give it a go, for sure. As with anything, it’s only as hard (and effective) as you make it. After all, what doesn't challenge us, doesn't change us.
