Introducing the 12-Week Blitz, for men:

What's Involved?

1. Four weekly semi-private training sessions for 12 weeks from Monday 3rd January to Friday 25th March. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 18:00-18:55 CET.

2. Online sessions like you've never known them held via Zoom, live to you (wherever you are), from us here on the Côte d'Azur

3. Semi-personalised nutrition plan and guidelines sent to you via the BOOTCAMP TV app after sign-up so you can get started on Day One, allowing you to fully maximise the hours when not training with us, and allowing you to continue making gains while you're 'resting'

4. Semi-personalised extra session(s) sent to you via the BOOTCAMP TV app. There will be explanatory demo videos and fully formatted programmes for you to do in your own time, to complement your four weekly live sessions with us

5. A BOOTCAMP TV 'Jumpstart' package instantly sent to your house, to supercharge your bodyweight sessions to be used from Day One, both with us in sessions and outside of sessions. In this package (worth over €345) you'll receive:

  • - a pair of ab-sliders (to work the abdominals, glutes and hamstrings in different planes of movement than we'd ordinarily hit) - RRP €30.00
  • - a professional-grade phone and tablet stand - RRP €40.00
  • - three resistance bands (to focus on remedial work, such as glute-activation and shoulder strength) -RRP €28.00
  • - a set of body fat calipers - so you can body composition test yourself every week and stay accountable (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!). These stats will be entered into the app so you can track your progress and we, your coaches, can see how much progress you’re making - RRP €15.00
  • - Our customised pro-grade Suspension Trainer (to work the posterior chain, postural and abdominal muscles in different ways than we would ordinarily manage) with extenders, door anchor and its own bag, so you can take it anywhere you travel! - RRP €235.00

Who's it for?

While anyone can give it a go, here are the 4 prerequisites to take part in the 12-week Bootcamp Blitz:

  • Have a history of working out but have let it slide in recent months (or even years)
  • Have a base knowledge of most major strength exercises, so whilst your body may take time to catch up, you know what you're doing
  • Have a willingness to give 100% effort to everything prescribed, to attending as many sessions as you can, to giving your all in every workout and, most importantly, focusing fully on the nutritional side
  • Have no major injury ongoing (niggles and old injuries, no problem, we can work around these, but for current major injuries, the Bootcamp Blitz is not for you, just yet)

There are systems and programmes galore when you dive into social media and scroll the internet in search of what you may need. And whilst some may indeed suit you and get results, here I've created a programme where there's no B.S., no circus tricks, no detoxes and fancy moves. Just:

The 12-week BOOTCAMP TV Bootcamp Blitz includes all of the above (with the only difference being that it's semi-private, and not one-to-one).

€5049 €1499 (in three monthly instalments of €499,67)
